ALROSA BENEFIT is a loyalty program for small and medium-sized businesses.
The Program allows you not only to reduce the costs of the participating company's business trips and business travel for the company's management and employees, but also to accumulate Points for each trip on the participating company's account in the Program and then use the Points to purchase premium air tickets from ALROSA Airlines JSC.

Points are awarded as a percentage of all expenses on the cost tariff for the period from January 1 to December 31 as follows:
Thus, immediately after registering in the Program, the company begins to accumulate 5% of his expenses for flights. The greater the total volume of flights per calendar year, the higher savings rate.
The cashback is valid for a calendar year (from January 1 to December 31). However, the cashback accumulated and unused in the current year can be carried over to the next calendar year, provided that the participating company's employees have made at least 5 (five) commercial round-trip flights in the current year.
The awarded Points are valid until the end of the year in which they were awarded, plus 1 (one) subsequent calendar year.
Loyalty Program Miles "Diamond Mile" will continue to accumulate on the employees’ individual account in the Program loyalty "Diamond Mile" on the same terms. The ALROSA BENEFIT loyalty program is designed exclusively for legal entities (IP) and does not replace individual accumulation of miles. The participating company accumulates Bonuses in ALROSA BENEFIT, and passengers (employees of the participating company) continue to accumulate miles in Loyalty program "Diamond Mile».
Registration and participation in the ALROSA BENEFIT Program are free. The participating company does not bear any additional costs except planned for business trips and business trips. Moreover, the company accumulates bonuses for such trips.
Terms and conditions of the ALROSA BENEFIT loyalty program
ALROSA BENEFIT – Loyalty program of ALROSA Airlines JSC ALROSA BENEFIT,
ALROSA BENEFIT Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the Program) – a loyalty program for small and medium-sized businesses, defined by these Rules. Participation in the Program gives Participating Companies the opportunity to earn Points on a single Account of the Participating Company for purchasing Products, as well as to use Points to purchase premium air tickets of ALROSA Airlines JSC. The Program is managed by ALROSA Airlines JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer). The opportunity to earn Points is realized when booking air tickets under the terms specified in these Rules.
ALROSA BENEFIT Cashback (hereinafter referred to as Cashback) – a refund expressed in bonus Points credited to the Account of the Participating Company from the amount of fares of purchased air tickets for the Organizer's own scheduled flights of ALROSA Airlines JSC. Cashback is not cash.
Diamond Mile – the existing frequent flyer program of ALROSA Airlines JSC, which allows accumulating miles.
Program Administrator – an active employee of the Participating Company authorized to perform necessary actions for the implementation of the Program on behalf of, by order of, and in the interests of the Participating Company. The Administrator registers the Participating Company in the Program, manages the list of "Employees of the Participating Company" (a list of employees of the Participating Company whose flight Points will be accumulated on the Participating Company's Account) and information about the Participating Company, provides information about planned and paid flights of the Participating Company's employees, creates requests for booking and issuing premium air tickets provided by ALROSA Airlines JSC, submits necessary documents, etc.
Points – the Program's settlement units credited to the Participating Company and used by it in accordance with these Rules. Accrued Points may be used to receive rewards under the Program.
Participating Company of the ALROSA BENEFIT Loyalty Program
(hereinafter referred to as the Participating Company) – a legal entity (or individual entrepreneur) registered in the Program.
Barter – a barter agreement.
Rules – The Rules and conditions of the ALROSA BENEFIT Loyalty Program.
Reward – a service provided by ALROSA Airlines JSC, issued using accumulated Points.
Premium Air Ticket – a type of Reward — an air ticket for scheduled flights of ALROSA Airlines JSC, issued using Points. The fare of a Premium Air Ticket is paid entirely with Points; fees for issuing or exchanging a Premium Air Ticket are paid in cash (at ALROSA Airlines JSC ticket offices: in cash, by bank card, or by non-cash transfer to the bank account of ALROSA Airlines JSC).
Products of ALROSA Airlines JSC – (hereinafter referred to as Products) the passenger transportation service of ALROSA Airlines JSC, including the transportation of passenger baggage and carry-on luggage.
Own scheduled flights of ALROSA Airlines JSC – flights operated by ALROSA Airlines JSC according to schedule.
Official website of ALROSA Airlines JSC – a web resource located at https://www.aero.alrosa.ru/.
Program Service Center (Service Center) – a center for servicing Participating Companies of the Program, where information about Participating Companies is stored and processed, and where they can be contacted by email: bilet@aero.alrosa.ru
For the purposes of this Program, employees of Participating Companies include persons who have labor and/or civil law contracts for the performance of work or provision of services.
List "Employees of the Participating Company" – information about the employees of the Participating Company, for whose flights Points may be credited to the Account of the Participating Company. It is provided in the form of an official letter with a list of all current employees of the Participating Company as of January 1 of the current year, indicating the start date of the employment relationship between the Participating Company and the employee, signed by the head of the organization.
Account of the Participating Company – the Account of the Participating Company of the Program, which stores data about the Participating Company, accrued Points, and transaction history. The Company Account is created after the Participating Company is registered in the Program.
Transaction – an operation on the Company Account consisting of the crediting or debiting of Points.
Rules for the Air Transportation of Passengers, Baggage and Cargo of ALROSA Airlines JSC (Transportation Rules) – the current Rules for the Air Transportation of Passengers, Baggage and Cargo of ALROSA Airlines JSC, published on the official website of ALROSA Airlines JSC.
Tariff Application Rules – the current rules for applying the tariff of ALROSA Airlines JSC, according to which the amount of the fare is determined, as well as the conditions for exchange and refund of air tickets, published on the official website of ALROSA Airlines JSC.
1. General Provisions
1.1 These Rules and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) regulate the basic provisions and principles of the Program's operation. The careful study of these Rules is the sole prerogative of each Participating Company of the Program.
1.2 The Organizer of the Program is ALROSA Airlines JSC ("6R"), a Russian legal entity established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, whose main activity is air transportation (INN 7805004321, OGRN 1047806033626, address: 678174, Russian Federation, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Mirny, Almaznikov Highway, building 5/1, floor 2 (hereinafter referred to as ALROSA).
1.3 These Rules are valid from the moment of publication on the official website of ALROSA Airlines JSC. The Organizer of the Program reserves the right to change the Rules and conditions of the Program, including suspending and canceling the Program, with or without prior notice, in the manner provided for by these Rules and applicable law.
1.4 In order to ensure the possibility of timely familiarization with changes to these Rules, notifications about them, as well as the text of these Rules and amendments thereto, are published on the official website of ALROSA Airlines JSC https://aero.alrosa.ru/business/alrosa-benefit/.
2. Participation in the Program
2.1 General Information
2.1.1 Small and medium-sized businesses that are residents of the Russian Federation may become a Participating Company of the Program, with the exception of travel agencies / air ticket sales agencies / other companies (individual entrepreneurs) engaged (as a main or one of the types) in commercial activities in the sphere of services for the sale and issuance of air tickets, consolidator services (services for organizing the sale of air tickets, providing access to airline seat resources and similar activities in the field of air ticket sales), event and travel organization services, and shift and charter transportation organization.
2.1.2 To participate in the Program, the Program Administrator must go through the registration process.
2.1.3 Any actions of the Program Administrator specified in the application for participation are regarded by the Organizer of the Program as actions taken on behalf of the Participating Company. The Organizer of the Program does not in any way participate in disputes between the Program Administrator and the Participating Company regarding actions within the Program, the purposes, and the procedure for the Participating Company's use of Points and premium air tickets.
2.1.4 By providing its data, the Participating Company of the Program agrees that the Organizer has the right to use it to realize the interests of the Participating Company within the framework of the Program.
2.1.5 The Organizer of the Program reserves the right to refuse registration as a Participating Company to any company (individual entrepreneur) without giving reasons.
2.2 Registration in the Program
2.2.1 Registration as a Participating Company of the Program is free of charge. By registering in the Program, the Participating Company confirms its agreement with the Program conditions, including consent to provide the requested information from the Organizer in the person of the Program Administrator, necessary for the implementation of the Program and receiving information about the Program at the specified contact details.
2.2.2 Registration in the Program is carried out by sending a completed application form and a company card to the address bilet@aero.alrosa.ru
2.2.3 To obtain full access to the Program, it is necessary to:
2.2.3.1 Print the application form and certify the document with the signature of the head / authorized person and affix the company seal (if available). Participating Companies without a seal on the application form may be refused registration, or additional documents may be requested to clarify their status.
2.2.3.2 Send to the Organizer by email at bilet@aero.alrosa.ru scanned copies of the following documents:
• signed application with the seal of the participating company (individual entrepreneur);
• certificate of registration of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur with the tax authority, indicating the OKVED code and legal address of the company (for residents of the Russian Federation);
• current power of attorney for the person who signed the application (if the application is signed not by the head of the company (the individual entrepreneur him/herself) and not by a person who has the right to act on behalf of the company without a power of attorney);
• List "Employees of the Participating Company" as of January 1 of the current year, signed by the head of the Participating Company.
2.2.4 After successful verification of the above documents, the Organizer grants the Program Administrator of the Participating Company access to the Program, informing them by email. If there are doubts about the authority of the person who signed the application, the Organizer may request additional documents on authority and register only after the provision of such documents, or refuse registration.
2.2.5 The Participating Company is responsible for the accuracy of the documents and information provided. The provision of false documents and data, including for the purpose of obtaining unjustified benefits through forgery or deception, entails criminal, administrative, and civil liability provided for by applicable law (in particular, in the form of compensation for losses caused to ALROSA Airlines JSC).
2.2.6 Within the framework of the Program, the Organizer reserves the right to request confirmation of affiliation with the Participating Company of any passenger for whom an air ticket is issued under the Program, including confirmation of the existence of an employment (civil law) contract between the Employee and the Participating Company, or other affiliation, in the form and composition of data determined at the discretion of the Organizer.
Also, the Organizer has the right to request from the Participating Company a copy of the passport of the head of the company (individual entrepreneur) (with data on surname, first name, patronymic, passport number, series, issuing authority, and date of issue), and in the case of signing the application by a person acting under a power of attorney — additionally a copy of the passport of that person with the same data.
2.2.7 If within 15 working days from the date of sending the request, the Program Administrator does not provide the Organizer with confirmation of the existence of an employment (civil law) contract between the employee and the Participating Company and/or other data, at the discretion of the Organizer, confirming the passenger's affiliation with the Participating Company, the Organizer has the right to block the crediting of Points for flights and the issuance of premium air tickets.
2.3 Account of the Participating Company
2.3.1 The Account of the Participating Company and the Points recorded on it cannot be combined with the Accounts and Points of other Participating Companies of the Program or participants of other programs and projects of ALROSA Airlines JSC (incentive programs for individuals (passengers), legal entities and/or their employees (in particular, cashiers), corporate clients, etc.).
2.3.2 Any suspicion of unauthorized use of the Participating Company's Account must be immediately notified to the Program Service Center at bilet@aero.alrosa.ru.
2.3.3 The Organizer reserves the right to periodically send the Program Administrator a statement with information on the status of the Participating Company's Account and newsletters.
2.4 Changes to Data about the Participating Company
2.4.1 Each Participating Company has the right to make changes to the List "Employees of the Participating Company" once a year, as of January 1 of the current year. When updating the List "Employees of the Participating Company" (adding new employees, removing dismissed employees from the list), the Program Administrator sends a letter signed by the head of the Participating Company no later than 15 calendar days from the start of the new calendar year.
2.4.2 Each Participating Company is responsible for timely changes to the organization's data.
2.5 Payments for Products
2.5.1 Payments are made at ALROSA Airlines JSC ticket offices: in cash, by bank card, or by non-cash transfer to the bank account of ALROSA Airlines JSC.
2.5.2 The List of Fees, the rules for their collection, and the specifics of issuing Products can be found on the official website of ALROSA Airlines JSC https://aero.alrosa.ru/for-passenger/agency-prices/.
3. Points
3.1 General Information
3.1.1 Points are the basic unit of settlement for premium air tickets of ALROSA Airlines JSC in the Program. Unless otherwise specified by the Organizer when issuing a premium air ticket, one Point equals one Russian ruble. However, Points cannot be converted into rubles or any other currency under any circumstances. Points cannot be an independent object of sale, purchase, or barter either in relations between the Organizer and Participating Companies or between Participating Companies themselves, or in relations between Participating Companies, employees, and any other persons.
3.1.2 Points are awarded for paid and actually completed flights by employees of the Participating Company on scheduled flights of ALROSA Airlines JSC.
3.1.3 ALROSA Airlines JSC reserves the right to provide additional methods of accumulating and writing off Points beyond those specified in these Rules. Relevant information about all changes will be published on the official website of ALROSA Airlines JSC.
3.1.4 Points under the Program are credited if the following conditions are met:
3.1.4.1 The request for Points crediting for the issued air transportation is submitted by the Program Administrator in advance, at least 24 hours before the start of transportation. The Program Administrator sends to the Service Center address bilet@aero.alrosa.ru
3.1.4.2 The flight was actually completed by the passenger specified in the List "Employees of the Participating Company" and in the request for Points crediting.
3.1.5 The crediting of Points to the Participating Company's Account does not prevent the simultaneous crediting of miles to the personal Account in the "Diamond Mile" program under the terms and conditions of the "Diamond Mile" program.
3.2 Crediting of Points
3.2.1 Points are credited only for air tickets purchased from the date of registration of the Participating Company, for flights of passengers specified in the List "Employees of the Participating Company", provided that a preliminary request for Points crediting has been submitted, and only if the passenger actually completed the flight on such an air ticket.
3.2.2 Points are credited as a percentage of the fare paid in cash (the amounts of fees, taxes, and additional services are not included in the calculation).
3.2.3 The Organizer, at its discretion, has the right to credit Points to the Participating Company's Account for participation in various events and promotions of an advertising or other nature conducted by the Organizer (or its affiliates).
3.3 Specifics of Points Crediting
3.3.1 Points are not credited for unused air tickets (flights not taken), regardless of the reason the passenger did not take the flight.
3.3.2 If an air ticket was purchased under the Program, but the employee of the Participating Company was forcedly transferred from an ALROSA Airlines JSC flight at the initiative of the carrier and consequently took a flight on another airline, Points may be credited in the manner specified in clause 3.4.4 of these Rules.
3.3.3 Points are credited to the Participating Company's Account within 15 working days after the completed flight, provided a preliminary request for Points crediting has been submitted.
3.3.4 Points are not credited for children and passengers under 18 years of age.
3.4 Restoration of Unaccounted Points
3.4.1 Unaccounted Points are credited only if they were not accounted due to the fault of ALROSA Airlines JSC (technical failure, website unavailability, etc.). The crediting of Points previously unaccounted due to the fault of the Participating Company is at the discretion of the Organizer, except for the case specified in clause 3.3.2.
3.4.2 If no preliminary request for Points crediting has been submitted by the Program Administrator, unaccounted Points will not be restored.
3.4.3 To credit unaccounted Points for flights, the Program Administrator must contact the Program Service Center. In this case, the Program Service Center may request from the Program Administrator documents necessary to resolve this issue. If the Program Administrator refuses to provide the documents requested by the Organizer, Points will not be restored. Unaccounted Points may be credited at the discretion of the Organizer and only for flights on air tickets purchased on the official website of ALROSA Airlines JSC, at an agency, or from authorized agents of ALROSA Airlines JSC.
3.4.4 In the case specified in clause 3.3.2 of these Rules, the Program Administrator may send a request for the crediting of points corresponding to the purchased air ticket, if the incident occurred due to the fault of ALROSA Airlines JSC, which is determined in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. In this case, the Participating Company must send a brief description of the incident together with a copy of the air ticket and a copy of the boarding pass to the Program Service Center within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the event.
3.5 Validity Period of Accrued Points
3.5.1 Points are valid until the end of the year in which they were earned, plus 1 (one) subsequent calendar year.
3.5.2 To extend the validity period of Points specified in clause 3.5.1 for another 1 year, it is necessary to make at least 10 (ten) flights on ALROSA Airlines JSC’s own scheduled flights during the last year; otherwise, the Points will be cancelled.
3.5.3 The debiting (cancellation) of non-extended Points from the Account of the Participating Company for the previous period occurs annually on February 1.
3.6 Use of Accrued Points
3.6.1 Points may be used to issue a Reward.
3.6.2 The list of Rewards may be expanded relative to that presented in the text of these Rules. Information about such changes is published on the official website of ALROSA Airlines JSC https://aero.alrosa.ru/business/alrosa-benefit/.
3.6.3 The Organizer does not guarantee the possibility of obtaining any Reward at any time. The availability of a Reward may depend on the date, direction, season, and flight route.
4. Issuing Rewards
4.1 General Information
4.1.1 If there are Points on the Participating Company's Account, the Program Administrator has the right to issue Rewards for an ALROSA Airlines JSC flight. Rewards can only be obtained at the Program Service Center.
4.1.2 All Points used to obtain a specific Reward must be debited from one Account of a Participating Company of the Program. Payment for a Reward with Points from several Accounts is not allowed.
4.1.3 Rewards purchased with Points cannot be reissued to another person, transferred, or assigned to another person.
4.1.4 Rewards purchased with Points may be cancelled if they were issued using Points earned in violation of these Rules.
4.1.5 Rewards purchased with Points cannot be sold, bought, or exchanged for material assets. If used in this manner, the air tickets may be cancelled, and the Participating Company that performed these actions may be excluded from the Program.
4.1.6 A Reward may be issued to any individual at the discretion of the Participating Company.
4.1.7 Points are debited from the Participating Company's Account at the time of booking the Reward purchased with Points.
4.2 Premium Air Tickets
4.2.1 Premium Air Tickets for flights on scheduled flights of ALROSA Airlines JSC can be issued in exchange for writing off the corresponding number of Points from the Participating Company's Account. All taxes and fees are paid additionally only in cash.
4.2.2 The Program does not provide for the issuance of premium air tickets to passengers for whom the Transportation Rules provide a special procedure for issuing transportation documents, for special categories of passengers requiring, in particular, prior coordination with the carrier: unaccompanied child, passenger transporting an animal (only types of animals permitted under the Transportation Rules), passengers with disabilities and persons with limited life activities, etc.
4.2.3 The general Rules for applying the tariffs of ALROSA Airlines JSC apply to air tickets purchased with Points.
4.2.4 The issuance of premium air tickets at subsidized and special fares is prohibited.
4.2.5 Taxes, service fees, and issuance fees cannot be paid with Points. Fees can be paid at ALROSA Airlines JSC ticket offices: in cash, by bank card, or by non-cash transfer to the bank account of ALROSA Airlines JSC.
4.2.6 Premium air tickets for charter and ad-hoc flights are not issued.
4.3 Accumulation of Bonus Points
4.3.1 Points are the basic unit of settlement for Premium Air Tickets in the Program.
4.3.2 One Point is equivalent to one Russian ruble, unless otherwise specified by the Organizer.
4.3.3 The Participating Company receives Points for paid and actually completed flights by the Participating Company's employees on scheduled flights of ALROSA Airlines JSC.
4.3.4 Points are credited for air tickets issued by the Participating Company under the following conditions:
4.3.4.1 After purchasing the air ticket at least 24 hours before the start of transportation. The Program Administrator sends to the Service Center address bilet@aero.alrosa.ru a letter request for crediting Points under the Program;
4.3.5 Points are credited as a percentage of the fare (Cashback) paid in cash (the amounts of fees, taxes, and additional services are not taken into account for Points accrual).
4.3.6 Cashback from the fare is calculated as follows:

4.4 Conditions for Refund and Exchange of Premium Air Tickets
4.4.1 Points for unused air tickets are returned to the Account of the Participating Company only in the case of a forced refusal to fly (forced refund). Forced refund may be made in the event of cancellation or delay of a flight (more than 30 minutes), a change of route by the Airline, delay of the passenger at the airport due to prolonged inspection, provided that during the inspection of baggage or personal search of the passenger no items prohibited for transportation were found (a mark must be placed on the boarding pass by a representative of the Airline or the responsible services of the departure airport (inspection, check-in)) or due to illness of the passenger, a member of his family, or a close relative with whom he was supposed to travel together, which is confirmed by official documents (medical documents; documents confirming kinship).
4.4.2 In the event of a voluntary refusal to fly on a Premium Air Ticket, the Points debited for the air ticket are not subject to return, and the issuance fees are not refunded.
4.4.3 In the event of a voluntary exchange of a Premium Air Ticket, the terms of application of tariffs on the official website of ALROSA Airlines JSC https://aero.alrosa.ru/for-passenger/tariffs-and-conditions/ should be followed.
5. Amendment, Temporary Suspension, and Cancellation of the Program
5.1 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or change the entire Program or part thereof at any time, with or without prior notice. These changes take effect after the relevant information is posted on the official website of ALROSA Airlines JSC.
5.2 In the event of cancellation of the Program:
5.2.1 All Points earned by the Participating Company of the Program may be cancelled. ALROSA Airlines JSC is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from changes or cancellation of the Program (including when, in case of the impending termination of the Program, the amount of accumulated Points is insufficient to issue a premium air ticket. The Organizer does not pay or otherwise compensate the value of such Points).
5.2.2 Premium air tickets issued in accordance with the provisions of these Rules and issued before the date of cancellation of the Program may be used during the validity period of the air tickets.
5.3 The route network and flight schedule of ALROSA Airlines JSC may change at any time. The Participating Company independently familiarizes itself with these changes on the official website of ALROSA Airlines JSC.
5.4 The Organizer may change and exclude any tariffs and Rewards from the Program. The Participating Company can familiarize itself with these changes on the official website of ALROSA Airlines JSC.
6 Termination of Participation, Disqualification or Removal of a Participant Company from the Program
6.1 Upon termination of the Company's participation in the Program, all accumulated Points are canceled.
6.2 The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the Program any person registered as a Participant Company with a temporary or permanent ban on future registration and to cancel all accrued Points in case of violation of the Program Rules and Conditions or suspicion of such violation by the Participant Company (in particular, if the person registered in the Program cannot be a Program participant according to its terms). Grounds for exclusion of a Participant Company may include, among other things, the accrual of Points in violation of these Rules, as well as the publication by it (or on its behalf) on public Internet resources and other sources of offers for the purchase/sale of Points, award airline tickets, with or without the logo of ALROSA Airlines (JSC).
6.3 The Participant Company of the Program is obliged to adhere to and strictly comply with the Program Rules and Conditions, and also to meet all deadlines described in the Program.
6.4 Persons selling or exchanging Awards are liable for losses and costs incurred by ALROSA Airlines (JSC) and are obliged to reimburse such costs, expenses, and losses.
6.5 The Organizer reserves the right to audit the Accounts of Participant Companies of the Program, including temporary suspension of the Program Participant Company Accounts, as well as partial or full restriction of various Transactions.
6.6 In case of cancellation of the Program, award airline tickets issued in accordance with the provisions of these Rules and issued before the date of the Program cancellation may be used within the validity period of the tickets.
6.7 The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a Participant Company from the Program if within 2 (two) years from the date of registration of the Participant Company or from the date of the last purchase, no Products have been purchased by it.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 All relations between ALROSA Airlines (JSC) and the Program Participant Company are governed by these Rules.
7.2 In matters not regulated by the Rules of this Program, as well as by other Rules listed above, relations between ALROSA Airlines (JSC), the Participant Company, and the passenger shall be regulated in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.3 If the provisions of the Rules and regulatory documents of ALROSA Airlines (JSC) contradict the current legislation, the current legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply.
7.4 Relations between ALROSA Airlines (JSC) and passengers whose tickets were issued under the Program, to the extent not contradictory to the Rules of this Program, are regulated by the Transportation Rules of ALROSA Airlines (JSC) published on the official website of ALROSA Airlines (JSC).
7.5 The place for consideration of possible disputes arising in the implementation of the Program is the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in accordance with the procedural law of the Russian Federation.
7.6 Unless otherwise provided by these Rules, disputes related to participation in the Program shall be resolved through a claims procedure.
7.7 The Participant Company guarantees the consent of employees and other individuals participating in the Program to the processing of their personal data and entrusts the Organizer with the processing of this data to the extent necessary for the purposes of the Program. In particular, the Participant Company guarantees the availability of consent from employees and other individuals to transfer to the Organizer personal data regarding the existence of employment (civil law) relations. Failure to provide the Organizer with the confirmations stipulated by clause 2.2.6 of the Rules with reference to the fact that employees/other individuals did not give the necessary consent may be an independent ground for exclusion of a Participant Company from the Program.
7.8 These Rules apply to all Program Participant Companies without exception. Participation in the Program is confirmation of proper familiarization and agreement of the Participant Company with all provisions of these Rules.
7.9 The Program may apply special and additional Rules set forth in subsequent Program documents and published on the official website of ALROSA Airlines (JSC) and in other informational materials of the Program.
APPENDIX No. 1 (Application from a participant of the ALROSA BENEFIT program for awarding Points)
ATTENTION! VIOLATION OF THE SEQUENCE OF USE OF FLIGHT SEGMENTS IS NOT ALLOWED.
IF YOU DO NOT USE ONE OF THE ROUTE SEGMENTS WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE CARRIER, ALL SUBSEQUENT FLIGHT SECTIONS WILL BE CANCELED.
By registering in the ALROSA BENEFIT Program, the participating company agrees with the Terms and Conditions of the ALROSA BENEFIT Loyalty Program, published on the official website of JSC ALROSA Airlines www.aero.alrosa.ru
To become a Participant of the ALROSA BENEFIT Program, a company (individual entrepreneur) sends a scanned copy of the application signed by the director (or other authorized person) with a seal to the email address bilet@aero.alrosa.ru along with scanned copies of the following documents:
Certificate of registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur with the tax authority, indicating the OKVED code and legal address;
A valid power of attorney for the person who signed the application (if the application is not signed by the head of the organization or the individual entrepreneur himself or by a person who has the right to act on behalf of the organization without a power of attorney).
After successful verification of documents, we will assign a unique code to the participating company, which serves for identification, and will send all accesses to ALROSA BENEFIT by reply letter. When checking documents, we may request additional documents (to clarify information).
